The problem

Shared bills start simple and then pile up: a dinner here, the rent there, a gift one person paid for everyone. After a while nobody knows exactly who is owed and who owes, and the accounts turn into an awkward question between friends.

What we want

Clear accounts keep friendships warm. That is why every expense is recorded, every balance is computed from the record, and every settlement is known.

What the app does

• Balances computed from expenses and settlements every time you look, so they always match what was recorded.
• Four ways to split: equally, by exact amounts, by percentages and by shares.
• The fewest transfers to settle up, instead of everyone paying everyone.
• Standing groups and trips, and friends by email or @username.
• A wrong expense is reversed rather than deleted, so nobody else's accounts change without their knowing.

Free and Pro

Groups, trips, balances, settlements, friends and activity are free, and so are unlimited expenses in Saudi riyals. Splitaha Pro adds advanced tools; the details and prices are on the pricing page.

A Saudi product

The Saudi riyal is the base currency, expenses are unlimited on every plan, and the app interface is currently in Arabic. This website is available in Arabic and English.

Where we are

The app is in App Store review and comes to iPhone first, then Android. Add your email to the waitlist and we will send one email on release day.
